Your next cottage, shop or studio should begin with the experience - not months of building work at the destination.
A high-performance enclosure, solar and heat-pump options, and less building activity at the destination make sustainability part of the product and not a decorative afterthought.
Exposed timber structure. A continuous steel-insulated shell. Triple-pane glazing and exceptional airtightness. Every major choice is designed to make the building warmer, quieter and more enduring.
Premium post-and-beam timber gives the building its strength and its character. Integrated linear lighting keeps the ceiling clean, warm and architectural.
Steel-faced insulated panels form the walls and roof, targeting R-40-class panel performance with fewer thermal breaks and fewer moisture-sensitive layers.
Triple-pane glazing, carefully sealed openings and balanced fresh-air systems are designed for exceptional airtightness, quiet comfort and significantly lower energy demand.
The building and all labour required to finish the selected specification are included in one product price. Site preparation, foundations, permits, utilities, professional services, transportation and placement are separate unless a written scope expressly includes them.
The first construction case. Built to test the structure, enclosure and systems.
The next proof project. A larger expression of the platform and its custom possibilities.
The planned product demonstration. Designed to bring the full experience together.
Green Helix buildings are being developed in Canada for Canadian conditions, with Canadian-made materials and systems specified wherever practical. The goal is an overwhelmingly Canadian supply chain, using imported components only when a suitable domestic option is not available.
