Start with what the space should make possible. Green Helix buildings are configured around how you want to live, work or grow, then completed off-site and delivered whole.
Every application begins with the same premium timber structure and steel-faced insulated enclosure. Layout, glazing, systems and finishes change around the use; the core production logic remains consistent.
Every Green Helix building begins with the same core idea: a premium timber structure inside a continuous, highly insulated enclosure. From there, the space is configured around the life or business it will support.
The structure, enclosure and transport geometry are designed as a common platform rather than reinvented for every building.
Layout, glazing, finishes and building systems can be selected around a cottage, home, shop or multi-unit concept.
Lighting, finishes and mechanical systems are designed to be installed and tested off-site wherever practical. The building arrives whole - not as a kit.
Green Helix buildings are being developed in Canada for Canadian conditions, with Canadian-made materials and systems specified wherever practical. The goal is an overwhelmingly Canadian supply chain, using imported components only when a suitable domestic option is not available.
