Green Helix Designs is developing its modular platform through a deliberate sequence of real projects. Each stage answers a different set of questions.

The farm building puts heavy timber framing, steel-faced insulated panels, enclosure detailing, sealing and efficient mechanical systems into a real Canadian build. It shows what moves quickly, what demands care and what should be improved for repeatable production.

The house expands the system into a highly resolved residential environment, with premium timber structure, triple-glazed windows, balanced ventilation and heat-pump systems. It tests how high performance and architectural warmth work together at a larger scale.

The future demonstration unit will bring the complete proposition together: off-site finishing, integrated systems, whole-unit transport, foundation connections and measured airtightness and energy performance.

Green Helix buildings are being developed in Canada for Canadian conditions, with Canadian-made materials and systems specified wherever practical. The goal is an overwhelmingly Canadian supply chain, using imported components only when a suitable domestic option is not available.
