WHAT DOES FULLY ASSEMBLED MEAN?

The Green Helix product is constructed and finished off-site to the selected specification, then delivered as one whole building. It is not a folding building, flat-pack kit or shell requiring another construction phase at the destination.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICE?

The product price includes the completed manufactured building and all labour required to construct and finish the selected specification.

WHAT IS SEPARATE?

Land, site preparation, foundations, permits, utility connections, professional services, transportation, placement and other site-specific work are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them.

IS GREEN HELIX TAKING ORDERS NOW?

Green Helix Designs is currently developing the product and assessing interest. The launch site does not announce a production commitment or fixed availability date.

CAN A BUILDING OPERATE OFF-GRID?

Solar, battery, heat-pump, water and other independent-system options can be configured where the site and intended use support them.

CAN A BUILDING BE USED AS AN ADU OR LANEWAY HOME?

Potentially, on a suitable property. Municipal zoning, setbacks, servicing, permits and design requirements remain project-specific.

CAN UNITS BE STACKED?

Project-specific stacked concepts can be explored, but they require dedicated structural, fire, accessibility, acoustic, servicing and approval work.

CAN EVERY SITE RECEIVE A WHOLE BUILDING?

No. Building size and weight, road access, clearances, turns, grade, permits, crane access and placement conditions must be reviewed for the route and property.
